The Corporación Festival de Cine e Infancia y Adolescencia opens a specific call for entries to find works (short films, feature films about ALCOHOLISM,  DRUG ADDICTION,  SMOKING aimed at children and teens from 10 to 17 years old.

Spanish subtitles are mandatory.

Selected films will be offered a exhibition rights acquisition of 2 years for Colombian territory. This material would be used for No Commercial purposes but cultural education in schools.
