- Submissions are open to every low-budget audiovisual project from 2017 until today.

- The content of the project must be original.

- Every project whose original language is not Spanish must have Spanish subtitles available.

- The length for feature films must exceed 60 minutes.The length for short films must not exceed 15 minutes.
