- Running time for all short films must be 15 minutes or less.
- Running time for all music videos must be 3 minutes or less.
- Running time for all commercials must be 2 minutes or less.
- Film submissions in a foreign language must be subtitled in English.
- If submitting more than one film, a separate completed entry is required for each title.

- Featured films are accepted too.
