Films produced the last 36 months can participate in the competition section of the festival.
Genres: Fiction, animation, music and dance videos, video art films and Web series are accepted.
Short film: Up to 20 minutes.
Feature film: More than 20 minutes.
Foreign films must have English subtitles.
