Fantafestival is an international film festival devoted to science fiction, fantasy and horror film. Accepted submissions include feature films, shorts and documentaries belonging to the fantastic genre (science fiction, fantasy, horror and all related genres, including animation).

Shorts must be 30 seconds minimum to 60 minutes maximum.

Filmmakers may submit as many works as they wish to, as long as they have not been screened in Italy before January 1, 2018.

Films can be submitted in English or Italian language. We accept any other spoken language as well, but English or Italian subtitles must be provided.
