The Festival selection committee shall choose the competing
short films. For their consideration as such,
short films shall fulfil the following conditions, and shall therefore:
Have been made after January 1st, 2012
Be no longer than 30 minutes
Be on the subject of Human Rights

Be on the subject of Human Rights
If the original language is other than in Euskera or Spanish, subtitles will be needed in one of those languages.
