Short films made in 2016 and 2017 are accepted.

Will be selected for the official competition, one to five films per country.

Participants must be fiction films in original version with subtitles in Arabic, French or English. The length of the film should be more than 5 minutes but less than 35 minutes.

Filmmakers must be from  Mediterranean countries.

Festival open to foreign films that have not previously participated in festivals in Morocco.
