FICA is a free festival and a non-profit organizations whose main objective is to support and promote independent and/or amateur audiovisual productions with an adventure feeling.

All films must be original and adventure-themed.
Anyone can participate as long as they take responsibility for all intellectual property rights arising from the film.
The films must have a duration between 5 and 25 minutes.
The recording and the presentation format is free, the only requirement is that the film can be played with applications such as VLC.
