In this third edition the topic will be about the theme of Rare Diseases:

It´s a contest where micro short films, from anywhere in the world in any language, can be presented, as long as they have subtitles in Spanish. They should not be longer than 3 minutes (three minutes), they can be made in any audiovisual format, even as a video from mobile phones.

Purpose: To sensitize the general people about Rare Diseases and its family and social impact.

The micro short films should include in the credits that they are competing in the 1st International Contest “To be or not to be”. The logo of the contest (available at the end of this text or in the download page)
