We welcome all forms of film production – feature, narrative, documentary, short films, animation, video art, experimental, student films.

Entries are invited in the following categories:

• FEATURE FILMS (runtimes of 50 minutes or longer)
• DOCUMENTARIES (runtimes of 50 minutes or longer)
• SHORT FILMS (runtimes of less than 20 minutes)

To be eligible, all films submitted must have been completed after July 1, 2013.

Films with significant non-English dialogue must be accompanied by on-screen English subtitles.

Films should not have been previously shown on television or the internet.
