For films / documentaries produced between 1st January 2012 to 10^th Aug 2015.

A- To be eligible for short film category competition section, a film must be less than 45 minutes in duration.

B- Documentary competition section must not exceed 45 minutes in duration.

C- Animation competition section must not exceed 30 minutes duration. 

If language of the film is other than English, it must be dubbed or sub-titled in English.
