ONLY FILMS SHOT ON SMARTPHONES/TABLETS OR WEBCAMS WILL BE REVIEWED.
Films must not be longer than 18 minutes (including titles or credit sequence).
All foreign submissions containing spoken language(s) other than English must be subtitled in English.
Applicant grants MOSIFF a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use, publish, reproduce, screen, modify, broadcast and distribute the Film as well as the unrestricted use of the Film for any purpose, without compensation to the Applicant.
