- All the films will be screened in their original language. Films in language other than English must have subtitles in English.

- Films to be submitted should be made after April 2013.

- Duration:

Short Film: 30 minutes.

Feature Film: 75 minute or above.

(If film is more than 30 Minutes and less than 75 Minutes will be in compete in Short Film Category)
