• Though we welcome international projects, each entry must be submitted in English or have English subtitles.
• Any films submitted for 2019 consideration must have been completed between the years of 2018-2019.
• Films will be exhibited online during the week of the festival. You must make your film available to us for upload during this time. Films will still be "ticketed" and will require a viewing code for those that wish to view the films.
