All films must have been completed no more than three years prior to the start of the festival. Films completed before 9th October 2012 will not be accepted.

Entries made in a language other than English must have all dialogue subtitled in English. If the film is not subtitled it will not be accepted.

Any film made in a language other than English must be entered into the International category.

Films entered into the Student category must have been completed whilst the filmmaker was in full time education no more than three years ago. The filmmaker can enter a film made as a student into another category instead if they so wish.

All entries must be no longer than 15 minutes.

All entries must be no shorter than 1 minute.
